Bakery Order Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our bakery. Because all orders are prepared fresh and often customized specifically for each customer, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before placing your order.
Standard Orders
Orders canceled within 3 business days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non refundable.
Large or Custom Orders
Orders totaling $200 or more may require a 25% non refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. This deposit secures your order date and covers preparation and ingredient costs.
If a qualifying order is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.
Order Changes
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order when possible. However, changes requested within 3 business days of pickup or delivery may be limited.
Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for arriving at the scheduled pickup time. Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
